Language Is Important

Most times I weep bitterly but no one knows why.
I weep for we the children of this generation.

A generation where parents don't teach the kids their culture, customs and traditions.
A generation where there is no passion to serve humanity. Only a microscopic few that have that passion.

I fear for the next generation because children will hardly know their base, their customs, their goals and tradition.

Its never too late to start teaching children their history.
I remember a saying which says "if you don't know where you're coming from then you won't know where your heading to". I want to use this opportunity to tell parents to shun every thing in the name of modern day or rather new school.

I am Black
Black is Beautiful.
I'm a proud Igbo Man.

I am Brendan E. Okoronkwo and I just want to make common sense.
